Water Quality Modeling

ARCADIS has conducted numerous water quality evaluations and assessments involving the execution of sampling programs for parameters such as salinity, chloride, pH, color, turbidity, suspended solids, dissolved oxygen, temperature, nutrients and oxygen demand.

Our engineers use computer simulation modeling to understand the relationship between watershed inputs and the receiving water response.

ARCADIS selects the proper model for the analysis and performs adequate calibration and validation so that modeling yields reliable and defensible results. These results provide accurate information to assure that proposed treatment solutions are cost-effective and comply with regulations.
