ARCADIS' Transportation engineers provided planning and engineering services for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on projects ranging from traffic counting and intersection analysis to design and construction management of major high-speed facilities. A partial list of projects includes: preparation of roadway, drainage and permitting plans for updating the existing I-295 / I-10 rural partial cloverleaf interchange layout on Jacksonville's westside; coordinate geometry, layout, roadway plans, and drainage design of the rural diamond International Golf Parkway / I-95 Interchange at the World Golf Village in St. Johns County, Florida; preparation of roadway, drainage, pavement marking plans and signalization for a new spread diamond LPGA Boulevard / I-95 Interchange in Daytona Beach, Florida; traffic analysis as part of the PD&E study to determine lane requirements for 2.5 miles of widening of I-95 in Volusia County; and the Southside Connector, a $10-million-plus four-lane arterial expressway with interchange and at-grade intersections in Jacksonville.
