Program Management

Construction Management

Serving in an advisory capacity to the owner, ARCADIS' construction managers focus their efforts on providing the completed project in a timely and cost-effective manner. During pre-construction, ARCADIS can provide third-party cost estimating, value engineering and constructability review services. As the project progresses through design, we assist in the development and administration of bidding and provide recommendations on the best-suited contractors for the job. Our role during construction is to facilitate site logistics, manage the contractors and other site-based personnel, report on project progress and see that the project progresses smoothly and according to the schedule and contract documents. It is also our practice and responsibility to maintain site safety through the enforcement of strict safety processes and programs. Our job is complete once all punch-list items have been properly addressed, all systems and equipment thoroughly inspected and tested, the user group comfortably settled, and all project-related documentation turned-over.
